I-Corps

Part of NCIIA, I-Corps is based on the Lean Launch Pad Pedagogy as taught at Stanford University.

I-Corps
I was an adjunct instructor for the 2014 Roanoke-Blacksburg cohort of the NSF I-Corps
I-Corp is part of the Nation Science Foundation's effort to create more entrepreneurs and initiative to assess the readiness of emerging technology concepts for transitioning into valuable new products through a public-private partnership.

I was asked to be an adjunct instructor and offer assistance to teams going through the program.  Over the five week period, we met with teams in person 4 times and through online conferences many other times.  I used my experience in innovation and project/program management and product design along with the teaching of the Lean Launch Pad methodology to help the teams successfully navigate the initial entrepreneurial waters.
